After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! In reference to Final Fantasy Unlimited, it was released in 2001. I've watched all of it and i have to say it was...interesting. The actual story was a little weak but some of the ideas they had were pretty cool. Although they could have done a lot better at animating the summons, but i dunno. I enjoyed it for the most part.


I'm actually not alone on this... I feel so happy..

Alot of people will think FF:U is boring because of maybe repetiveness or blandness in the story..
I found the anime intriguing.. so intriguing that I feel like I will go out of my way to write a paper to defend it (maybe..)

I'm pretty sure Square (They were Square at the time) pretty much stated that they intended the anime for young children..

well, if you get bored in the first some episodes, this anime is not really for you.."

On a related note. Fans of the game may want to see the entry for SOTC on Wikipedia. For one thing, it is very informative. For another, there is a section about a marketing campaign that featured alleged remains of colossi that supposedly were the inspiration for the colossi in the game. Whether or not they are real, it's really interesting to check out!

If I was head of Square-Enix, instead of shafting the fan developers, I would encourage their project and sponsor them. Let them work in our studio if they wish, have them work with a professional team (some of those from the original game perhaps), however the fan designers will be helming the project. Once they finish the product, The game will run through the usual QA and such and then it will be distributed throughout store shelves and the profits will be split in favor towards fan developers. Then afterwards, my company shall offer them suitable job positions.. While in the meantime boosting company image, reputation, employee morale, and gathering creative minds...

but then again.. what am I to say..."

anyway... so the timeline of the games go:

I forgot, were the gameboy games set in a different timelinie or is it part of this timeline?

I found Sons of Liberty's "list of features" on the back of the case misleading: "Battle new, highly skilled opponents, as well as returning vengeful foes"
whom do I fight that are from the previous games!? I can't seem to remember any..

I remember a site where this guy had a blog dedicated to explaining the brilliance of Kojima and Sons of Liberty... but alas, it's lost somewhere in the long list of favorites or something... "

"No, because the majority of the US citizens could care less about anime in particular.. for everything else, the US can't really crack down on the downloaders.. and already, downloading alternatives like iTunes and such are deterring lots of people from piracy...

and downloading anime is illegal, it's just that corporations pay no heed to the fansubbers most of the time because it generally doesn't hurt their profit all to much and legal entanglement is costly and can pretty much mar their reputation if it gets out of hand.. anything the companies license are pretty much "hands-off" to most fansubbers, like some sort of unwritten code... ;p
lets not forget that fansubbers do get C&D letters...

and if your friend got caught.. he must've been distributing licensed anime or something of the sorts..."

"I say his powers are more like being able to set things up to go his way and then he could do as he wishes in other places ;p

I find myself rewatching the episodes quite often... the cast are a mixture of wackiness with a touch of level-headedness and the dialogue's witty, I can't help but love Kyon's commentary as Dias so elegantly displayed =p

not to mention it's hard not to forget that blasted dance at the end... so who's up for some dancing in any upcoming cons?"
