I'd be super grateful if someone could help me with this - I'm so frustrated I'm ready to bang my head against the screen =_=.

According to the tutorials, you're supposed to find an option under
Edit > Define Brush Preset
after you select an area of the image you want to create a brush from.

BUT
this option doesn't appear under Edit for me at all. No matter what tools I'm under when I'm clicking on Edit (ie. I select area, click on Brush tool, click on Edit...).

Anyone know what I'm missing?

Interesting wall you've got going ~

Some Critiques that I hope may be useful:
- The background is based on Captain Kuchiki's Bankai only - but you have two other Bankai's in the wall. By focusing only on Kuchiki, the other two Bankai users are kinda neglected. If you want the background to incorporate something about Bankai's, you might consider mixing all three Bankai themes together somehow (as in Sakura flowers, ice, and power maybe...? Not quite sure how you would work that out, but it would be an interesting challenge).
- The overall vectorage still needs work - but it's acceptable if you're just starting. Some points you might want to remember on your next vectorage project is to keep the lines smoother, and to try to stay proportional to the scan/image.
- While the other characters seem fine, Ichigo doesn't really look like Ichigo yet - he still needs a line for the lower lip (if you've noticed, most anime characters have two lines to define their mouths - you have one, you just need a second one).
- Your wall needs a focus. If I were to pick a point to focus on this wall, it would probably be Ichigo, since he seems to be in the most prominent position right now - out in front. Maybe blur the other characters a bit, or darken them a little more compared to Ichigo - right now the whole wall is like splashes of bright white light. There's no where for the eyes to rest comfortably - the viewer's mind gets confused and lost that way. The point of having a focus is so there is no need to step back and take a second look.

Overall though, nice job incorporating different screenshots into a complete wall =). That's a whole other challenge on its own.

"When I first saw the anime, I thought the story was kind of interesting. The action-packed adventure-like showdown in the beginning was great...but they dragged it on (to some-and-such hundredth episode is it now?) so much that it's become a sore disappointment.
The art isn't high quality either. Sure, it can be argued as a style - but then again not everyone supports modern art >_>.
However, I do agree that the overall good feeling that comes from this series is nice. Deep stories are excellent, but the fun, just-plain-anime ones can be refreshing too."
