"FMA was excellent. It started out slow, but picked up in the middle and became pretty interesting. The ending totally left me unsatisfied though - a worst hanger evar =_=. But I hear that a movie's coming out to end it (an OAV) - though I'm not sure when it comes out.
I know some people who've already seen the movie. They downloaded almost 2 gigs worth though - the quality's bad =/.

I've come across plenty >_> and it's not only in the mangas..it's also in the anime too.
Inuyasha: Kagome - she sounds like a mother hen..and a really weak and wimpy one at that.
Inuyasha: Inuyasha - too much bravado. big mouth..and all his success is just feeding his big ego =/. It probably plays a major part in the whole drama and action category though. Other than that, he's a pretty interesting character.
DNAngel: Risa - girly, self-centered, weak, whiny...
Gundam Seed: Flay - though I can understand her purpose and what she represents in the whole story, she's really a disgusting character that you can't help but despise -_-;
Gundam Seed Destiny: Shinn the Idiot. At first I thought he'd pick up on some revelation at the end..but no, he was still the Idiot in the final battle. Crybaby >_>
Fushigi Yugi & Ceries: the main couples in both stories. Is it just me, or does everyone always end up going to bed together? ...

how did u first find out about anime?

"Mm..found out about it when I was in the middle of middle school =P.
My sis got me hooked on Rurouni Kenshin. At first I thought it was just like any other old cartoon (i.e. Teen Titans or something ~ the usual crap they show on Cartoon Network), but when I actually sat down and watched it, I got totally hooked after the first episode.
It wasn't until a few months after, when they went up to halfway through the Rurouni Kenshin series and changed the times to late weeknights that I started getting annoyed with CN. It eventually came to a point where CN made, once again, one of their infamous moves and stopped showing the series altogether (leaving me hanging halfway through the series). They then put up Gundam Seed in its place. At the time I was still stewing in anger..but then Gundam Seed soon became the next love of my life ^_^ so I guess you could say I have sort of a love/hate relationship with CN o.0..."

"Grave of the Fireflies.

It's based on the time after Japan was bombed by the US after Pearl Harbor. The story focuses on two siblings - an older brother and his adorable little sister (she's more of a toddler). It's a really sad story ~ gave me a different outlook on how the bombing must have impacted the Japanese people. Definitely worth watching."

"Hm..no, I've never done it before - and I have to admit that I'm not really sorry about that either ^_^. I'm not the type of person who could walk in one of those costumes comfortably.

I have seen a bunch of people doing it though. This halloween there were a few, but of course, the most I saw was at the Anime Convention in Anaheim, CA this year. I saw some really awesome cosplayers there."

"Well..here's my interpretation of the two sites:
Animepaper = expensive resource, but quality stuff
Minitokyo = big big big resource with a lot less regulation (was anyway), not topnotch in quality

I usually visit Minitokyo for scans, and Animepaper when I'm browsing walls."
