After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

@`Ali3n from what I am told monkies are trained to climb the tea tree and pick the leafs from the very top when they are young leaves so the flavor is the richest. Best oolong tea I have had guess its about 50.00 an ounce in china though.

Are you referring to the uneven parts in her legs? (For the left most photo)

Seemed to have appeared more prominent after I applied lighting effects. It wasn't so obvious before this. I will see what I can do about it.

Full name of the game is Magus Tale ~Sekaiju to Koisuru Mahoutsukai~. Its an eroge though. At least the character designs are cute.

I decided to use the other girls in the series too. One character gets boring quick right? So now I included photos for almost the whole cast. (XD) emoticon

Anyways, I have 2 versions here. Still unsure which one is better. I'm fond of empty space for icons, but I don't think that is practical as a wallpaper. Suggestions please?

Can anyone give me more info about the names of the characters? Plan on labeling each photos with their names. (Google didn't help much)

Its my second attempt at a wallpaper and its another collage. Honestly, I never heard of Magus Tale Tenmaso before. I'm not even sure if its an anime, manga or game. But its most likely an eroge, based on some scans I came across while searching.

Anyways, I find the character quite cute and decided to make a wallpaper out of her. This time I used a desk texture and tried to place the photos on it. Rendered some lighting effects to make it look as if a lamp is shining at the photos.

Some how I feel the font for "Memories" isn't right. Still searching for a better one.

I was wondering if this is submission worthy. If there is anywhere that I can improve, please feel free to say so. I'm thinking of adding some realistic objects on the desk but can't seem to find any tutorials on creating. Help very much appreciated here.

By the way, can anyone tell me the name of the girl? (XD) emoticon"

"I made a mistake during registration and wish to change my birth year to the correct one. However, I don't see such an option under "My Profile". Is it possible to change by birth year after registration?

"The Gundam itself looks fine for me. Its the pilot that looks bad. The edges are not clean so try to improve on that. Other than that, improve the font for text and also the background.

The wallpaper gives me this high tech cyberworld feeling at first look."

@jeti: I don't mind comments/suggestions from new or senior members. Its the experience in digital imaging that counts.

Removed the flowers after a friend of mine said lines would look better. The arrangement of photos were totally random. Glad it turned out well.

The awkward white antialiasing around the edges of the "Lucky Tales" text was most probably caused by the filter I used. Tried your suggestion and used stroke instead, looks cleaner and better now.

Extracted a new Lucky Star logo from another scan. This time it looks cleaner at the edges too. I'm still thinking if I should leave it like that or apply stroke so it resembles the official one.

The "Once Upon a Star" text should look better now. Used a new font and different effects. Maybe a little too heavy on the shadows.

I don't understand the part about dots shining through. The border seems fine to me. But I used a new background this time around, with some star textures. Is it better?

@dylkim: I tried your suggestion and added in 3 more pictures underneath to create a pile. Hopefully it turned out fine.

@DDV: Used a cherry blossom brush for the empty space to make an alternate version. Personally, I still prefer space for icons though.

"The original resolution is 1920 X 1200. Photobucket somehow resized it for me.

Yeah, I missed the Saving tips in the AP FAQ. I will use the "Save For Web" feature more often now.

Yes, I have many more scans available. But, choosing the best ones is the hardest task. So you think I should add maybe 1 or 2 more pictures? I was saving up the space for icons but I guess I can add in another suitable scan to complement the others.

I've been around for almost a year and most of the time, I only check out the amazing wallpapers here. However, I noticed the Lucky Star wallpapers don't really suit my taste. After searching around for some scans, I attempted this simple wallpaper. I was wondering if it is lacking anything or could be improved in certain areas. I'm just a beginner and this is my first attempt at making a wallpaper.

Left some white space for icons on screen. Hopefully the background isn't too dull.

By the way, I don't really know what is the best format to save my image. If its JPEG, what compression rate to use in PS? The following were saved at Quality = 12 for Photoshop in JPEG format.
