"Okay here's another try. I vectored the floating rocks and edited them, re-did the background and clouds from scratch, sized the scan, vectored the logo (that was a lot of work), added some glow and swirly cloud/wind things. Oh, got rid of the text completely too.

Any better?"

"Well, I thought that since I run a Cooking Master Boy site I should do a wall for it. Especially since I've never seen one ever done before. Anyway, I vectored it from a screen shot since there aren't to many high quality images for this series. I did a bunch of things to make it a bit better but I'm out of ideas. Can anyone help?

Anyone know how I can smooth the lines around the character Mao?

Any other suggestions?
