This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

"Well, I hope that working on wallpapers works out for you. It's a hard art to get the hang of but once you've got it it's a load of fun. Anyways, let me welcome you here to AP! Make sure you check out the AP Guide ((it's up there in the top right-hand corner)) and understand the rules and regulations, especially if you want to post wallpapers of your own.A good way to start with some of your own works would be to browse around online and look for some filters for GIMP. I never really got the hang of GIMP because I use Fireworks, but it's all really the same. After that, it's up to you where the new found talents can take you. So remember to have fun, make lots of new friends, and ((most importantly)) enjoy your stay here at AP!"

"Well.....you're definetly interesting. That much I will definetly have to say. But, other than that......welcome to animepaper! You definetly came to the right place if you're into any kind of 2d art really. That's why we have the artist's forum where you can post your works for feedback and whatever else you hope to accomplish from that. The one thing that i suggest is that you take the time to read up on the AP Guide ((it's up there in the top right hand corner)) It'll explain all of the rules and stuff you need to know before you go and do anything that might get you in trouble or banned here. One thing you left out on your intro that would seem appropriate was anime you might be into. I think you mentioned just about everythnig but. Anyways......make sure you have fun, make lots of new friends, and ((most importantly)) enjoy your stay here at AP!"

"Well i guess you came to the right place. let me personally welcome you here to animepaper. make sure you take the time to check out the AP Guide. ((it's up there in the top right corner)) AP's a great site but to have a great site there has to be rules and guidelines to follow.anyways.......you definetly stumbled on the right site. there's tons of manga addicts here ((including myself)) and there's always something to talk about when it comes to anime here. so i guess i'll stop talking and let you explore it for yourself. remember to have fun, make lots of new friends and ((most importantly)) enjoy your stay here at AP!"
