This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

A question... please

"It works just fine, I have not once had that happen to my posts. It really helps us for those who wish to go post crazy without the proofread. It only takes a few moments to proofread and it makes you look like you care about what you post when you do."View

do you still believe in L O V E
1 year 11 months ago
"It's hard for me to sit there and say yes, I believe in something I've never experienced for myself. I believe it's there, somewhere, it's one of the harder things to acheive in a relationship. There has be a real commitment there and lust cannot be apart of that. Building a relationship on lust is like building your house on quicksand, it's stupid for one and is pointless. I would really like to experience love, it's something that lets you know everything feels right, that everything is going your way. It's no different than doing the the things you "love" to do. If you weren't commited wholeheartedly to doing them, you wouldn't be doing them in the first place. That's how relationships need to work and that's where you'll find love in my opinion. Deep, unrelenting, unquestionable... love."View

Ball Mouse or infrared mouse

"I have the Logitech MX1000 Laser mouse that came out last year. It's ergonomic, has a rechargeable battery built in, it's wireless and has a laser eye which has even more precise tracking than an optical. It's an awesome mouse, I haven't had a single problem with it, it has an on/off switch so that you can preserve battery power unlike most of Microsofts' wireless mice too. It's one to consider anyway."View

Anime
1 year 11 months ago
"Anime in it's original content is always going to be the best. There are however a lot of good dubbings too, it's usually an 8 out 10 ratio of anime that come here and get dubbed get a GOOD dub. It's rare to find an excellent dubbing because in most cases if not all, people who are really into a series have seen the original in it's entirety. As for the problem of it not being as accurate as the original depends solely on the fansub groups, the companys here in the US that dub the series have their information coming directly from the Japanese companys, it's often a neverending debate on who is more accurate, but ultimatly no matter how you look at it, it's the dubbing company because of the direction they're getting from their Japanese counterparts."View
Videogame to Anime

"There are a lot games that are coming out now and have come out in the past that have anime cut-scenes drawn in for them too. Zone of the Enders 2 is one that clearly sticks out in my mind, the game was great and the cut-scenes were amazing, all drawn by Gonzo, which as most of you know have made some really good anime."View

Mp3 Player or iPod
1 year 11 months ago
"A lot of people will argue that Apple is the devil and you go against the almighty god, aka bill gates, by buying anything that remotely has to do with Apple. Personlly, I went that route last year, I bought a Samsung 20gb mp3 player that was compatable with windows media player and napster. At first I thought it was great, I finally had all the music I had amassed on one player and not on hundreds of cds. After a few months the program firmware installed on the player got corrupted and Samsung woudn't help me out with it, they said that it doesn't do that unless the user tampered with it, basically they said I had to just eat it and go buy another one from them. Fortunately for me I purchased the product replacement plan from best buy when I got it, so when their coverage kicked earlier this year I got to give it to them and pick out another one of equal or lesser value, well the new iPods were out so I got one. I've had zero problems with the iPod thus far, iTunes does exactly what I tell it, which by the way is what my friends are all afraid of buying one for, they think iTunes will destroy their systems, when in all actuallity, it only does what the user tells it to. This is just me personally, I have had great success with the iPod, so I would stand by it. Buy one, try it out, see what YOU think, almost all retail stores have good return policies, so just hold on to your reciept and take it back if you don't like it, that's the best advice I can offer you."View
Favorite Japanese restaurant
1 year 11 months ago
"There is a Japanese resturant here in Texas, scary eh? lol, it's called Kabuki and it's damn tasty, my best friend and I eat there all the time, they have 2 locations here now though. They have a smaller one that's like 5 minutes from my house, it's the best of the two in my opinion, it's more cozy if you know what I mean, more like they actually care about their customers. The new one they just opened up is awesome too, it's so much bigger though, they have the main seating area surrounded by a boat, like your actually sitting in the boat and there is water being shot out of jets underneath and around it. Every 45 minutes or so a thunderstorm starts and it rains from the ceiling into the water around the boat. It's really cool, but it just doesn't feel like the old one does so I don't go to it . The food is always good and the service is top notch, the owner of the place is always out talking to people there and he's really easy going and cool to talk to."View

do you think america can make better anime than japan?
1 year 11 months ago
"The biggest problem America has is that everything has to be child friendly, there are things here that aren't, but for the most part censorship runs rampant here. I mean hell, anything decent animewise comes on after 10 pm here, on only 1 channel. Disclaimers have to played every half hour, stuff is even still edited and the overall quality is terrible. The American government thinks we are all a bunch of savages who can't discern fiction from non-fiction. That's why I think Japan will always make the best anime, not to mention it originated there and as we all know the original is ALWAYS better than the re-make. Their country is far more relaxed about this and I'm sure their politicians who deal with the media aren't so wrapped up in their own stupidity to have faith in the people to understand right and wrong. I'm sorry if I'm being outspoken here, but I'm tired of being cut off from something awesome. I'm sure others feel the way I do too."View
Small plane slammed into a 50-story skyscraper

It's terrible for his family and for the Yankees, they lost a great pitcher and along with them a lot of people in baseball lost a friend. "View

what do you guys like about anime so much.

"The feeling it gives you when your being transported to a completely different world. The highs and lows it brings and how you just want to get involved in some way to help out or to save someone you know can't be saved otherwise. I'm a 22 year old kid and anime is a part of my childish imagination. Anime is something I'm grateful to have found and I don't intend to stop watching anytime soon."View

Unfortunately, instead of sharing her powers, Rukia gives Ichigo all of her powers. This causes Rukia to stay with Ichigo until her powers comes back.
After that day, together the both of them fight off Hollows they meet. Ichigo and Rukia start to build a strong bond between themselves. Google buys YouTube for $1.65 billion

"I think Google spent their money wisely. YouTube is a great site with TONS of videos. Google's video stuff went along the same lines, but now they have a library of new videos at their disposal and can now bring all the attention that YouTube was getting towards themselves. Also, it's not like they lowballed them in price either, $1.65 billion plus they get total independance from Google to continue doing what they do best, that's a rather sweet deal if you ask me."View

How did you get your screen name
1 year 11 months ago
"My username has a little history. I used to watch Digimon back in the day and my favorite character was Wargreymon. Well I didn't want to use Wargreymon in anything because the show is for children regardless of it being an anime. After I got my first computer I had watched an episode that I had downloaded and it had Wargreymon in it and he used his signature attack called Terraforce and it won the day, so I decided to use that as my username and have ever since. I have yet to find anything that I've liked to replace it with. I tossed the 5000 on the end for some reason a few years ago, but I've forgotton, I think it was for yahoo mail."View
