"I'm very happy with the direction the anime is going. They've changed the atmosphere from the manga, but I think it is in a good way. Hayate has already been to Nagi's school, and met the Katsura sisters, and in the next episode we get to see Sakuya and Isumi! Isumi is so funny. I can't wait to see how they portray her in the anime."

What are your opinions and insights on Romance/Drama anime series?

"I love dramatic stories. Honey and Clover made it to my all time favorites list because it had a huge impact on me. Most are pretty slow moving, but once you get to watching them, they are full of substance. By the end you actually have something to think about. It's also a nice change of pace from the regular love comedies and action shows (not that those are bad). "

"I like Jigoku Shoujo, but its not a show that would make my favorites list. There are just too many ups and downs, and the victim of the week theme definitely isn't appealing to everyone. However, there are some very good episodes scattered around the series, especially those closer to the end. "

"Ghost Hunt ended like it did because it is based off the novels, and the writer has gone on hiatus. They can't continue the series without content, and the series wasn't super popular in Japan, so it's doubtful that a second season will come out any time soon.

With that said, I loved Ghost Hunt. Very suspenseful and fun. The only disappointment was the holes that were left, which is addressed above. :P"

"Most people go into Lucky Star expecting a plot heavy show with amazing animation since it is being animated by Kyoani, and come out dissapointed. As long as you realize it is a show based off 4koma, you can enjoy the plotless subtle humor of the show. I love Lucky Star, but I'd have to agree with people when they say they can't tell it is a Kyoani production, besides maby the OP. "

"Yea Hayate no Gotoku frequently references other series. In the second episode there's an obvious Black Lagoon reference, and when Klause asks what kind of *bleep* Hayate is, he is actually asking what kind of Gundam he is. lol"

I haven't read the manga, but it's about a boy named Hayate who becomes a butler due to debt, and the trouble he gets into. It looks like one of those fun shounen/comedy shows with similar art to Shana and Tsukaima. I have a feeling that I'll love it.

KOTOKO is preforming the OP and Rie Kugimiya (Shagukan no Shana, Zero no Tsukaima) is voicing one of the lead roles!

"If you look into Maximum the Hormone, or listen to some of their albums you'll find that they actually have more of a Japanese Punk Rock sound than metal. As far as the op/eds featured in Death Note, I actually think it fits in well. The OP is animated beautifuly and the music flows just fine with it. The songs kind of match Death Note's theme anyways. ^"

"Lol if that happened it really wouldn't make a lot of sense. I don't think it'll ever happen (to an extreme at least). However, there are voice actors/actress that you will frequently notice all the time playing different anime roles. When I hear one of my favorite voice actresses speak in a new show it usually makes me happy and more interested in the show :). "

"Hehe I love Genshiken. As for the 'Otaku Fasion' I don't know if you can call what they wear in that show an actual fashion. Refering to ep 14, I don't think wearing cheap clothes or oversized hoodies is really connected to being an otaku. Of course, you could call it a fasion if you want ;P. Cosplay and anime related clothing would probably be more of a fasion to me. "

I rarely watch dubs but I think they take away from the original feel to the show. In addition to that, Japanese voice actors/actresses are famous and very good. American voice actors/actresses that dub over anime however, are rarely known. "

"I loved Ergo Proxy because of its huge psychological aspect. It really makes you think at times. The animation quality kind of went up and down throughout the series, but its not something that would make you want to stop watching it or anything. I also liked the adventure aspect to it, and if you're a sucker for transformations you'll probably like it. Hehe ^"
