Get a part time job if you dont have one already
Some people might say get a girl/boyfriend but that can work against you
Most importantly I kinda just keep in mind that stress can only work AGAINST you. Worrying about something will only decrease your lifespan. Be thankful for what you have because there are people that have it much worse than you. ( think about large families in 3rd world countries ).
The fact that you can read this shows that you at least have access to the internet and own a computer. Remember the glass is half full, not the other way around."
