about the background it is an another story, the tree for example, i know it is really hard to make a good but in your case it looks good even if you must work on it a little more
otherwise i love the city background, especially her texture

I think you took a nice vector and stuck a nasty image in the bg, ruining it, tbh.

The thing in the bg is also riddled with artifacts and looks like somebody else's work/photo to me. It's also far to garish and distracting for the wall.

If you're going to go to the effort of doing the vector, at least make your own space bg :/.

first on the scan the effect is too strong and not very nice so don't change or apply this type of effect on the scan just clean it it would be enough
then the background, there too, your effect isn't really nice and make it really blurry
i know that make a realistic photo and a scan of manga blend together is really hard but in your case it isn't really a succeed"
