After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! Where ever makes sense to you. though i think what you should do, is extract her, as is, print this out, and try to draw the missing parts by hand. then scan that, and use it as a basis to complete the scan. unless you have a graphics tablet, use that.

I found this in the crosssections of street near school in philly, so far about 5 near school, usually in yellow or white paint at the walkway.
and I even found one at Atlantic City, according to friend, he even notice one at chinatown, philly.

have anyone seen this elsewhere, and what exactly is this?

Supposedly, my birth place (Orizaba, Veracruz, Mexico) is a cursed city filled with a lot of poltergesit and paranormal activity... but so far I haven't seen anything crappy or strange :s A lot of myths, probably.

There are a lot of abandoned houses that have a creppy look, though. Just passing nearby makes me feel chilly.


And... well, I've NEVER seen ghosts or that stuff myself. I've seen some photos and videos of those phenomena, but I'm still very skeptic
apparently the ghost or supernature won't appear in front of non-believer hehe

Pentagon is the only "victim" to support it...
and now look at the military budget, who will be happy about that? the Pentagon. Who will get promoted why the soldiers are dying? those officers who actively involved in war in Pentagon! which department that take away FEMA's funds to spend on wars? the Pentagon! and who is portrait as hero after Katrina hit with a disabled FEMA? the military! who will not be affected even Bush/Rumsfield is impeached or fired? the Military! Interesting concept and design. The biggest thing you should work on should probably be the scan of the girl. (She looks a bit blurry and pixilated) You might want to either find a way to clean it up, or trace it entirely. The text seems to stand out a tad bit too much, maybe playing with the burn tool or layer settings for that.
thanks, she do looks like have a different resolution with the MS. I will try to clean it up next week (finals week in school)

Personaly the only thing that I see as a problem is the stroke around the mobile suite. I think that it would look better without that.
