"Its a very simple wallpaper. A good start, but it needs a good background.Perhaps filling the background with a matching colour and using some type of pattern that would go with the theme of it would help.
Also, if your able, maybe add some type of fixture to the characters, like some brushing or something to make them stand out ^^

"Thanks ^^ I've lowered the constrast on the starburst a bit to lessen the brightness.
As for the scan style, I know it looks a bit odd with the abstract, realistic background. However, I feel I've worked too hard on it to find a different scan ^^;
I'm hoping with all this work it'll be accepted. I've done some changes and I think its ready for submission.

"The extracting is very edgy and a bit rough. There are still white parts along the sides of the two men. I'd say try to clean up your scans a bit more and remove that white at the edges.Also, if your able, try to blend the men into the background more. Perhaps give them more shadows and darken some parts.
Put a bit more of thought into the background. Try to give it a specific zing that will go with the theme, instead of just using a filter. Add brushes and highlights to it to help define it and the characters infront of it.

"It needs a bit more variety and work. It looks rather plain (especially the background) and using a simple neon effect doesn't do much for it. Like the others have said, vectoring would probably be your best bet."View

I've only submitted one other wallpaper, but that got rejected. I got a bit disheartened the last time so stopped coming on for a while, but today I felt like making a good wallpaper and this is the result ^^
I know its a small size, but this started from just inspiration, and I'm afraid if I make it bigger it'll become all pixelated.
