This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Gem in the sky

"Ok I have two versions of this wallpaper. I like them both too. I want to enter one into the wallpaper section but which one. Someone told me the gem like background looks like building rising out of the sky. Feel free to point out a few things if you want. I am just happy about how these two wallpapers turned out.

"In my opinion, I kinda liked Final Fantasy X. I liked the new battle system, and some of the characters. The only two characters I didn't like was Tidus and Yuna. I only liked one thing about Yuna, and that was her summoning. But Final Fantasy X-2 sucks big time. It was way to easy, and not that challegening. So I agree on some of what was said about these two games. Maybe Final Fantasy XII will bring the Final Fantasy series back to life. I don't know, I still have to play the demo on Dragon Quest Vi"

But how can your opinion stand when its already been proved and confermed that Final Fantasy XI is going to be out on Xbox360? Thats just like pointing to the color blue and saying that its yellow, it just doesn't work.

It's plausible, I mean xbox is getting more Japanese support so if SE sees it profitable, anything could happen. They currently have the new Mistwalker company (created by the father of Final Fantasy, Hironobu Sakaguchi) making an Japanese rpg with Akira Toriyama known as Blue Dragon and it looks quite good.

Final Fantasy VII will stay were it is and will not be remade. You will not see any final fantasy series going onto Microsofts Xbox. Final Fantasy is basically Nintendo and sony based counsels


You talk like it's a fact however, what you say is not true at all. Before Square went to PS, they were a Nintendo based company. Then they went on to Sony for the ability to put in CG movies in games. Nintendo and Square had a feud after that because the FF series were excluse for Nintendo before this. Square then became a Sony based company. Square and Nintendo's feud was settled with Square releasing the exclusive Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles for GCN which is why SE is now a Nintendo and Sony based company. This doesn't mean that its an impossibility for SE to release games for the xbox and seeing that SE changed from Nintendo to Sony based on performance, its very possible. I see a fair chance of a Final Fantasy going multi-console seeing that the xbox360 and ps3(from what we've heard) is similar performance wise. Also, Final Fantasy XI(online) is already confermed to be multi-console (see here: http://www.gamespot.com/news/2005/05/16/news_6124746.html). So you're wrong about the fact that NONE of the final fantasy title is going to the xbox 360.

Final Fantasy VII will not be on any of the next gen console from what we know now. Of course we don't know for sure but SE has announced that unless the Final Fantasy series on the PS1 become unplayable in the new gen consoles, they will not remake it. What does this mean? it means that if PS3 turns out to be a console that lacks the ability to backward play original PS games, it will not be remade. This is why they are currently remaking the NES/SNES games for the GBA because its as they announced, these games are not playable in the current generation's consoles and they probably see a lot of profit in that area.

"Yeah, I like the system as well. It makes you think what would be the best move and who to do a combo with and such. I loved the battle system. The second one was easy, the first of the second game in shadow hearts it was kind of a challenge for me at the end."

"Only a demo. They won't make it because it will require a lot of work. They would have to restructure all characters and lands everything. It would simply be to much work. Well basically more work than making a game from scratch in a way."

"I have played all three games and I love the series. I say three, because Koudelka for the PS1 tied into the Shadow hearts and so tied into Shadow hearts II. Well anyways, I love this series. It's fun and the storyline is very good. I love the art and CG graphics on it.

The final Fantasy series is no wheres near dying out. Final Fantasy XII will be coming into place and being released the second quarter of 2006 and right after that they start their production of Final Fantasy Xi. I have seen a few rare concept artwork for Xi and from the looks of it, their going old school. Bring the ture fantasy back into the picture.

FFXi where did you hear this? Link please if you know it ofcourse.


I simply read it in a gamer magazine I get in the mail. I only saw one concept art, so it looks pretty much old school"

-You already heard about the text. Yes it is slightly hard to read but that can be fixed easily.
-Those petal thingies, don't go with the wallpaper at all. Perhaps removing them will make it look a lot better
-Perhaps experiment, try blending Roy with the background you have a little. Not all the way but just a little. I think that would look cool looking."

The text was the closetest thing to matching with the wallpaper. I tried every text I have I like this textt he most. Give me a new font that would go with it and I will conside using it."

"Kingdom hearts II will be releaseing in the early or middle of 2006. It was originally suppose to come out this december, but we all know how those japanese people are. They always make us americans wait XD

I can't wait till this game comes out it has some more fun worlds like pirates of the carribean, beauty and the beast's castle, mulans world, the underworld, even the classical mickey world. and don't forget the old world some of those are back in action as well. Auron becomes a playable character ^_^"
