After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

"I spend a lot of time thinking in the shower, so before I realize it, I probably would've spent at least 40 min, if not more, zoned out. "Er...why would anyone want to kill a random person? You wouldn't benefit in any way from it, and it would most likely be some random innocent person that's important to someone. I would never want to be responsible for anyone's death, unless it was a "it's them or me/someone I care about" scenario. It's human nature to want to survive, but since the button would kill a random person, there shouldn't ever be a reason to press it. Even if I did have control over who would be killed, I would never press it unless another life depended on it. If I had to make a choice, I'd choose an innocent life over a corrupt one.On a related note, I probably wouldn't believe that the button would actually work in the first place since the idea is so far-fetched, but I still wouldn't press it. Having seen Death Note, I think it's better not to test something like that."

Don't get me wrong, there are many aspects of Japanese culture that I like, but it's far from perfect, so I must say I agree with most of the points she? mentioned. Particularly the Japan>North America attitude. It annoys me when people blindly claim that Japan is "the best" simply by looking through the narrow window of anime. More so when these people attempt to be more Japanese by speaking "Japanese" and pretty much dismissing everything and anyone American as inferior.
However, I think she exaggerated the issue of "anime vs cartoon" and "seiyuu vs voice actor" a bit too much. True, it's annoying when people freak out over this because anime and cartoons are essentially the same thing, but it's natural to use "anime" to refer to Japanese animation since it's a Japanese word. It would be tedious and repetitive to have to differentiate between the two by saying "Japanese cartoon" and "American cartoon". Most people just keep anime and cartoons separate for easy communication. The same could be said for "seiyuu" and "voice actor". It's just easier to use them as separate terms because saying "Japanese voice actor" and "voice actor" is pretty repetitive.
As a final note, there will always be annoying fans in any fandom, so really, it's best to just learn to live with it."

"Kinda hard to say really. Light wouldn't stand a chance if it was a face-to-face battle. Otherwise, it's impossible to tell who'd win. Lulu has more resources -- the Order of the Black Knights, Geass, Gawain, etc -- and all Light has is his Death Note and Misa, but Light sorta has a Geass-ish power, since he can manipulate people before killing them. I guess it just depends on who has more information."View
