specially if the food is very very red that even is hard to distingui the igredients of the food! >_<

once i had stomach problems because i simply couldnt stop eatinf spicy food...i put pepper in everything i ate...even in the rice! i was going crazy...but then i had to be internated...about 3 days in hospital...
spicy food can be a problem to..TT' its better to be careful the next time...."
